Where can I buy Chinese and electric car parts in Amman?
At Al-Wisal Auto Parts, in Al-Bayader Industrial Area on Al-Ummal Street, opposite the Mitsubishi service centre. We stock BYD, Tesla, JETOUR, NETA and Toyota bZ3 parts. Call 079 120 1504.
Where exactly is the shop?
Al-Bayader, the industrial area, Al-Ummal Street, opposite the Mitsubishi service centre. The frontage is dark grey with the Al-Wisal name in orange. If you get lost, call 079 120 1504 and we will guide you in.
Which brands do you work on?
BYD: Yuan UP, Yuan Plus, Atto 3, Atto 2, Song Pro, Song L, Song Plus Champion, e2, Seagull, Dolphin, Qin Plus, Seal 06, Seal 05, Tang, Qin L and Destroyer 05. Tesla Model 3, Y and S. NETA U and GT. JETOUR T2. And the Toyota bZ3.
What is the difference between new OEM, used OEM and aftermarket?
New OEM comes from the factory in its box. Used OEM is an original part, inspected, and it works out well for motors, transmissions and body panels. Aftermarket is new but not original, and cheaper. We tell you which ones exist for your part.
Do you sell used OEM parts?
Yes. Motors, electric drive units, transmissions and body panels usually come as used OEM.
Do you stock mechanical parts?
Yes. Lower and upper control arms, engines and electric motors, transmissions, axles and shock absorbers. Plus brake pads, discs and drums.
Do you have brake pads for BYD?
Yes. Pads, discs and drums for every model we work on, original or aftermarket.
Do you provide Tesla parts?
Yes. We supply Tesla parts for the Model 3, Model Y, Model S and Model X: exterior body, mechanical, brakes, suspension and rims. Some are in stock and the rest are sourced to order. Send your VIN on WhatsApp and we tell you what is available.
Do you have steering wheels and airbags?
Yes. Steering wheels with airbags and clock springs, mostly for the JETOUR T2 and for BYD.
Do you stock EV oils?
Yes. BYD BOT 384 electric motor oil, EV 2.0 transmission fluid, battery coolant, and air and cabin filters.
What does a part cost?
It depends on the model, the year, and whether it is original or aftermarket. Send us the part name and your model on WhatsApp and we will price it.
How do I order a part?
Either come to the shop with the old part, or send the part name on WhatsApp with your model and year.
Is there a warranty on parts?
Warranty varies by part and by whether it is original or aftermarket. We tell you before you buy.
Do you deliver outside Amman?
Yes, to every governorate in Jordan: Amman, Zarqa, Irbid, Balqa, Madaba, Mafraq, Jerash, Ajloun, Karak, Tafilah, Ma'an and Aqaba.
Do you ship to Syria?
Yes. Ask on WhatsApp for the cost and timing before you confirm the order.
If a part is out of stock, can you order it?
We order it in, and we tell you the wait before you confirm.
How do I find my VIN?
It is on your vehicle registration, and on a plate under the windscreen on the driver's side. A photo of the registration is enough.
Can I see the part before I buy it?
Of course. Come to the shop Saturday to Thursday with the old part.
What are your opening hours?
Saturday to Thursday, 09:00 to 18:00. Closed on Friday.
